Jet Set Six
Livin' It Up

If you're looking for a CD to compliment a great martini, look no further. In the tradition of Tony Bennett comes the East coast band Jet Set Six with Livin' It Up. Their smooth vocals and tight horn section make this a perfect party album. That's not to say that there aren't some danceable tunes. In fact, the songs "Perpetual Bachelor," "My Love" and "Hotline" will definitely have you on the dance floor after the first few beats. But the slower numbers, like "My Torrid Heart," "Jack & Joe" and "If I Could Be Anyone" will give you an opportunity to catch your breath, sip your drink, and enjoy the company of someone lovely. Deep down inside, there's a lounge lizard in all of us.
